LinkedTeens Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12th, 2026
1. Who we are
LinkedTeens, available at linkedteens.club, is an independent student initiative founded by Daniela in connection with Lift Up Club to help students discover clubs, resources, and opportunities related to their interests.
Fernanda Barrera is the responsible person and operator of LinkedTeens (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The initiative is based in Ponte Vedra, Florida, United States. It is not an official school service or sponsored by a school or school district.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. It does not replace any consent required by applicable law.
2. Information we collect
Account information. To create an account, you provide a username and password. Email address and profile photograph are optional. Passwords are stored in a protected, one-way encoded form rather than as readable text.
Student profile information. Depending on the features you use, you may provide your name, grade, school, bio, interests, skills, availability, goals, causes, and clubs you are interested in. Profile photographs are optional.
Club information. We collect information submitted by club representatives, including club descriptions and any contact details, links, or other materials they provide. Representatives should share only information they are authorized to provide.
Communications. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.
Technical information. Railway hosts the website and related application infrastructure. Its HTTP logs may include your IP address, browser information, requested paths, timestamps, and server, error, or performance information. Application logs may also contain information generated by the application. GoDaddy manages the LinkedTeens domain and DNS.
Please do not submit sensitive information, such as government identification numbers, financial details, home addresses, or confidential information about other people.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Provide student accounts, profiles, and club listings.
- Use submitted interests to help identify relevant clubs, resources, and opportunities.
- Respond to questions, requests, and reported problems.
- Maintain the Service and address misuse or security concerns.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Any additional use will be explained before it occurs, with consent obtained when required.
4. Who can see your information
Student profiles, interests, and club listings are visible to registered users of LinkedTeens. Student email addresses are visible only to the LinkedTeens administrator.
Before collecting information for a new feature, we will explain which fields will be displayed and to whom. An optional photograph does not, by itself, authorize unrelated promotional use.
5. When information is shared
Information may be disclosed:
- Through the profile and directory visibility described above.
- To providers used to host, store, maintain, or support the Service, as necessary for their work.
- When legally required, or when reasonably necessary to respond to a security incident or protect someone’s safety.
- At your request or with appropriate consent.

- Information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Removal of an optional profile photograph.
- Deletion of your submitted information.
- Correction or removal of personal information included in a club listing.
Parents or legal guardians may also contact us about their child’s information. We may need to verify identity or authority before responding, using information reasonably necessary for that purpose.
We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any legal reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request.
9. Children and teenage participants
LinkedTeens permits students aged 13 and older to submit personal information. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Terms of Use.
We do not permit children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact daniela@linkedteens.club. We will investigate and delete the information or take other action required by applicable law.
If LinkedTeens later permits participation by children under 13, we will assess applicable requirements and implement the necessary notices and parental consent procedures before collecting their information.
10. Security
No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for participation.

Club listings may link to third-party websites, forms, or services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
Review those policies before sharing personal information. LinkedTeens does not control third-party privacy practices.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes through the website or another appropriate channel.
